We’ve been converting commercial vehicles for over 20 years, and along the way we’ve learned that true excellence comes from combining top-quality workmanship with continuous learning. Apprentices will learn everything from reading technical drawings and planning work, to safe working practices, basic machinery maintenance and manufacturing processes.
Training & Apprenticeships doesn’t stop at the workshop. We also provide courses for office-based roles, including:
Marketing – developing skills in digital marketing, content creation, brand communication, and campaign planning.
CAD Design – producing professional layouts, technical drawings, and conversion concepts using industry-standard software.
Customer Service – supporting our clients with enquiries, updates, and aftercare to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.
We partner with Wigan & Leigh College and NLTG to deliver high-quality apprenticeships that blend pratical work with classroom-based learning, ensuring every apprentice develops the skills and confidence to succeed.
These roles are supported with tailored training and mentoring so each team member gains the knowledge and confidence needed to progress in their chosen field.
Our operation is underpinned by a highly skilled core team, all fully trained to carry out electrical tasks to the highest standards. We don’t just focus on training and apprenticeships for new starters; we also invest in the continued professional development of our experienced team.
They have completed the IMI Level 3 Diploma in Auto Electrical and Mobile Electrical Competence (Aftermarket Enhancement Route), demonstrating advanced technical capability and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and compliance. This expertise ensures every project is delivered to a consistently high standard for our customers.
