Smarter Builds, Stronger Fleets
We converted a fleet of Vauxhall Movanos and turned them into fully equipped customer support vehicles designed to operate efficiently across the UK. The aim was to create a practical, compliant, and reliable mobile workspace that would support engineers in demanding, real-world conditions while maximising vehicle usability.
Each vehicle was carefully fitted with VL Systems modular racking to provide organised, easily accessible storage with the flexibility to adapt as operational needs evolve.
A lockable gas canister safe was installed to ensure the secure and compliant transport of hazardous materials, while an on-board inverter delivers consistent power for tools and equipment when working remotely.
To enhance on-site capability, a foldable vice was added to support maintenance tasks without permanently occupying valuable load space.
High-output LED lighting was also installed throughout the load area, ensuring clear visibility and safer working conditions in low-light and night-time environments.
